Psychedelic assited psychotherapy

Psychedelic assisted psychotherapy has been through several trials with MAPS ( multidisciplinary association for Psychedelic studies)

Many people with PTSD symptoms no longer meet the criteria for PTSD under the DSM manual.

PTSD ( post traumatic stress disorder) affects many people that have been through traumatic events in their life as well as childhood trauma and long periods of chronic stress, illness and/or isolation.

Most people have some trauma, as life can be certainly difficult at times and when there's lack of support it can create trauma. Most children have some childhood trauma due to generational unconciouss trauma being passed down from generation to generation.

Psychedelic assisted therapy with MDMA has showed to reduce the amygdala overactivity or fight or fight response so that the person can re-process events and feelings without the body constricting and re-traumatizing, it is also an empathogenic that allows for people to feel a sense of empathy for themselves and others and open the heart to forgiveness and love which works great for people that have done so much talk therapy but can't seem to be able to release the pain and resentment.
